VIII-1.30(A) UMCP PROCEDURES FOR WITHDRAWAL OF FUNDS FROM BANK ACCOUNTS
APPROVED BY THE PRESIDENT 1 AUGUST 1991
A. Withdrawal of Funds ($5,000 or more)
1. The signatures of two persons are required. One
signature must be the individual requesting the
withdrawal, and the other signature must be the chief
administrative officer for the department or unit.
2. The signature of the chief administrative officer may
not be mechanically affixed.
B. Withdrawal of Funds (Less than $5,000)
1. The signature of either the individual making the
request or the chief executive officer of the
department or unit is required.
2. Athletic Department withdrawals require the signature
of the Comptroller or a designee and the signature of
the department head.
