We located our office at 1112 Cole Field House to assure that anyone visiting would feel safe that their issues were being kept strictly confidential with no risk of retaliation.

We hope this location is centralized and convenient for all members of the campus community.The building is accessible from the main entrance as well as the side entrance adjacent to the tennis courts and near parking lot AA and Z.

Telephone access to the Staff Ombuds office is available 24 hours a day. Voice mail messages are confidential and only handled by the Staff Ombuds personnel. Every effort is made to return your call as soon as possible.

Our office is open from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Appointments are scheduled between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm. Some circumstances warrant appointments to be scheduled at other times.
